By using SafetyLayers Map or this website, you agree to these terms. They’re short on purpose.
It suggests. The owner decides.
Anything SafetyLayers proposes is a suggestion. Nothing changes your place until you accept it, and you remain responsible for your place’s safety plans, equipment and decisions.
Routes are for planning
Routes drawn in the app are for planning only. They have not been evaluated for use in an emergency, and they are not a navigation aid.
Your content
The plans, markers and notes you create are yours. They stay on your device unless you sign in and turn on sync. You are responsible for keeping them accurate, and for who you share a place with.
No guarantee
SafetyLayers Map is provided as is, while in development. We don’t promise that it is error-free, complete or suitable for any particular place or purpose, or that it will help in any particular situation. To the extent the law allows, SafetyLayers LLC is not liable for losses arising from its use.
Using it fairly
Don’t misuse the app or this website, interfere with how they work, or use them to break the law.
